Erika Hall is a Scottsdale native, real estate professional, and proud Arizona local with a genuine love for the community she has called home her entire life. Having watched Scottsdale and the Valley grow and evolve over the years, Erika offers her clients something that can’t be learned from market reports alone. She has a true understanding of the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and little details that make living here so special.

Erika’s career has always centered around relationships, strategy, and helping people make confident decisions. She began her career in residential real estate before spending nearly two decades in Corporate America, where she built extensive experience in strategic sourcing, project management, contract negotiations, marketing, real estate and facilities, and vendor management. Working for large national and global organizations sharpened her ability to negotiate, communicate, manage complex details, and advocate for the best possible outcome. These are the very skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Erika combines that business experience with her local knowledge and passion for homes to provide a highly personal and strategic approach to real estate. Whether helping someone sell a longtime family home, find the right neighborhood, relocate to the Valley, or make their next investment, she believes the best real estate experience starts with listening. Her goal is for clients to feel informed, cared for, and confident from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Erika also has a lifelong appreciation for beautiful homes and design. With a natural eye for interiors, styling, and the details that make a home feel special, she loves helping sellers see their home through a buyer’s eyes and helping buyers recognize the potential in a property. For Erika, real estate is about much more than square footage and sales price, it’s about finding a place that fits the way you want to live.

Outside of real estate, Erika is happiest spending time with her husband and two boys and enjoying everything that comes with raising a family in Scottsdale. On weekends, you’ll most likely find her on the sidelines of a baseball or football field, checking out a local restaurant or coffee shop, working on something around her own home, or finding inspiration for her next design project.

For Erika, helping people buy and sell in Scottsdale and throughout the Valley is personal. This is her hometown, her community, and the place she chose to raise her own family. She loves helping her clients not only find the right home, but truly love where they live.
